Dancin’ Lobster

Let us observe a moment of silence for the lost of our dear beloved squeeky friend, Hebe Chan Yiying. The lobster that braved cold weather up Mount Coo-tha, travelled long journeys to places from the Big Pineapple (where it was adopted) all the way to St Lucia, a faith travelling companion and friend. Dancing to music from a walkie-talkie, riding in style through the breeze of Australia’s finest lands and greeting cows and other cattlekind along the way, Hebe has found her way into our hearts. Our fondest memories, tear-stained photos and colourful diary entries shall immortalise this dear crustacean forever. May it be at a buffet, a wedding dinner, or a casual meal, the sight of all her species, will reignite and rekindle the flame of friendship that has been built to transcend loss and geographical distance. Hebe… wherever you are now, whoever who stole you, I just hope you are well in good hands. I’ll remember that squeek of yours forever.
